The Automaton hardcover is HERE!

Well, it’s actually on Kickstarter!

I know, I know– you were expecting the further adventures of Hannibal, Will, Ned, Chuck and the rest of the tenants of the Mind Palace, but Santi and I thought you might get a kick out of our latest murder mystery, The Automaton. Here’s the synopsis:

When media mogul, Felix Fable, mysteriously falls to his death in his own theme park, his most trusted employees placed his consciousness into an experimental robot with only thirty-six hours of battery life. Now, Felix must uncover the dark truth behind his demise before he fades away forever! 

As a huge fan of Disneyland and odd conspiracy theories I was always intrigued by the urban legend that the Disney Corporation cryogenically froze Walt Disney’s body to essentially save his brain. Like we did with Mind Palace we explored the idea to the nth degree, crafting a story that hopefully speaks to readers of all ages, and not just Disney nerds like myself.

We’re doing our best to create a fully immersive experience with unique reward tiers, stretch goals and add-ons that make you feel like you are actually IN the Fableville theme park. OH! And speaking of add-ons… the Mind Palace Collected Edition will be available as an add-on (along with Santi and my other series, SPORES), so make sure to head on over to our Kickstarter to check out all the cool swag.

After a few weeks off… we’re back! This week we present the amazing work of Nunar. Introduce yourself, Nunar!!!

Hello! I’m Nunar, a freelance illustrator and art teacher from New York. Looking for inspiration during the early days of quarantine, I rewatched Hannibal and fell in love all over again with the story and characters. I felt inspired more than ever before to create and started working digitally after working primarily in traditional mediums. I have been so invigorated by the enthusiasm of the Fannibal community and their incredible creativity- the encouragement I’ve received from fellow Fannibals has really pushed me to take my artwork to the next level! I’m having a blast with the fandom and love drawing Hannigram! Thank you guys! <3

Welcome back to the Mind Palace! This week we’re bringing you the truly exceptional work of Cheyenne. Introduce yourself, C!

“Hello, I’m Cheyenne. I’m a digital hobby artist who enjoys drawing pretty characters and fanart, and loves to indulge in drawing my favorite fictional characters and relationships.

I rediscovered Hannibal late last year, and the art direction was so gorgeous and the characters and relationships so beautifully interconnected it inspired me to start drawing regularly again after a two year art block.

I tried my hand at drawing Hannibal fanart when the show first aired (so many flower crowns), so I suppose now that it’s several years later, it’s only right I’m returning to my roots and drawing these beautiful characters once again. It’s granted me the opportunity to not only stretch my art muscles and draw all my favorite characters, but also start many new friendships will fellow Fannibals.“

Our main story may be over, but we haven’t stopped spreading the word of our Fannibal Family and their incredible work! This week, we present the work of Lima for your viewing pleasure! Introduce yourself, Lima!

“Hi, I’m Lima and I am a hobby artist who started drawing again almost exactly three years ago after I took a very long break from art. My favorite mediums to work with are Copic markers and metallic watercolors, but recently I also tried to get more into digital art. I love doing b/w portraits with often shiny circles around their heads and generally just draw what makes me happy.


It has been one year since I discovered Hannibal and fell in love with it. Watching it, I loved the artistic direction and the medical themes of the show. This series has inspired me to do a lot of fanart and I also think some of my best pieces were fueled by the incredible show that Hannibal is. I even formed some irreplaceable friendships due to bonding with other fans over Hannibal. I am unbelievably honored to be able to give even a part of the inspiration and the overwhelming support I got for my art back by doing what I love doing most: Drawing!“
